This is a message of Hope in the present context of South Sudan where we are at a crossroad in regard to the implementation of the R-ARCSS. Many South Sudanese at the door steps of the neighboring countries, and those internally displaced into the UN/PoCs and in the urban areas in the Country are waiting in HOPE so that they can return to their homes, villages and communities to restart their challenging normal lives.
