War broke out in Khartoum on 15th April 2023 between the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and has continued to this day. It has escalated to different parts of Sudan, west to Darfur and El Obeid, and south to Kadugli and Blue Nile.
